Keeping it 100 will help you learn a lot about diabetes that is never heard about in a more updated and modern way than what our doctors share. It's a supportive community of coaches. Take advantage on conversations and support from the coaches! The investment is worth the support for your whole life.

"On a scale of 1-10 of how likely I am to recommend this program, I say an 11 because it is so needed!!! The health care system is at a deficit. This program fed the hunger I was living with for a community and provided a space to let my shoulders down and feel safe/supported."

"I went from over management to openness! Keeping it 100 helped me gain freedom and openness to try new things! I am finally back to a place of excitement to eat out, be social, try desserts at restaurants. "I can have the control and live life!"

There might be a lot of programs like KI100 but not as ethical. The Needles and Spoons Team doesn't make empty promises, and all around marketing was genuine.

I would 10/10 recommend Keeping it 100. The community piece is special, especially the women empowerment and connection! I enjoyed the genuine support, community and team building. Alone is harder, together felt better!

I'm far more confident in eating foods I completely avoided for years using the tools I learned in this course (who knew pre-bolusing works!). Before joining KI100, I would sometimes have pizza or pasta or something that isn't normally considered 'healthy' and I'd carry guilt and judgement around when my numbers went off afterward. I'm still a work in progress but I'm learning how to enjoy food and manage it properly again, which is something that has been missing in my life.

Before coaching I was not confident, relying so much on control IQ and feeling burnt out by diabetes. After coaching, I have gained so much confidence in many parts of my life, have allowed myself the grace to make mistakes and not try to perfect my diabetes. I see less fluctuation and more predictably in my overall blood sugars, and I don't judge myself so much for my diabetes. Fixing my blood sugars wasn’t the answer. There was a lot more simplicity behind helping myself than I thought.

After Keeping it 100 I'm able to have the tools and confidence to make changes, able to see my blood sugar as just a number and not get frustrated or mad at myself because of the number.

After Keeping it 100 I am so much more confident, but also gracious when things aren’t perfect. My mindset is stronger because I have the tools I need and a community of support!

JUMP ALL IN! Your return on investment goes far beyond your 12 weeks together. The tips and information the coaches provide you inside BTA1C bring you closer to becoming your own coach by the end. Truly nothing else in the diabetes world compares to what you receive inside this program!

This was the best decision I have made in my type 1 journey. You are given the tools to make your own decisions and have others to lean on during the process. Even better because it's a judgement free zone. I was on the fence whether this would be worth the time and price. I would pay twice the price for the knowledge I gained and amazing people I met during this journey.

Before and after Keeping it 100 is night and day. Pre-coaching I was operating out of fear. After KI100 I'm seeing every decision as a data point and using it to be better for the next decision.

Before ‘Beyond the A1C’, I was anxious about exercise, eating out, and traveling. Now, I feel the knowledge I’ve attained has given me more confidence to live my life without fear. I'm now able to incorporate a variety of food into my diet, and this program has given me more knowledge on how certain foods effect my BG - not just in the initial couple of hours after eating, but also the rest of the day/night.”

Honestly, the “Keeping It 100” and “Beyond the A1C” programs changed my life. Which sounds like an exaggeration, but its true. Lissie and Jess were phenomenal to work with. They taught me so many things about myself, my diabetes, and how to make diabetes work for me

I feel like my biggest accomplishment would be the ability to take back over my diabetes. For the longest time, I just pretty much “ignored” the fact that I have this disease. Now I have the support, knowledge, and confidence to really take control over my life again!

My biggest take away was everything. Learning to not be so hard on myself. Learning that it’s okay to have struggles and to even be stressed with my diabetes. Learning how to combat those stubborn highs and lows and learning how to go about proper blousing for the foods you love and how to incorporate certain foods to avoid a spike and prolong satiety.

KI100 has definitely improved my overall mindset and I feel that my "automode" is more stable. Before I began the program, I had made significant strides in improving my control, but was struggling to feel good about where I was at, and wasn't sure what steps to take next to continue improving. This has given me the ability to place a greater focus on my diabetes, but in a healthy and much more positive way.

I am more confident at making decisions on my own and more positive to accept my numbers if I’m having and off day. Also, I no longer have an all or nothing mentality because I take things step by step, not all at once to be able to set myself up or success! Keeping it 100 is all inclusive, judge free zone, so supportive and intimate. Really got a great sense of community and 1-1 support. Do it! You won’t regret it! It’s life-changing and this program is like no other!

My favorite part about Keeping it 100 isn't just one thing! I love the nutrition and exercise tips and tools, I have put these into practice and had positive outcomes. I also love the support and network, being able to share with people who just "get it" makes all the difference in the world as I continue to learn & grow in my health journey.

Signing up for Keeping It 100 was just 8 weeks of epiphanies, revelations, breakthroughs and overall a life-changing experience.

Lissie, I’ve had different
coaches throughout my life for many different things I guess. I’ve been shamed, harassed, guilt-tripped,
bullied, forced, manipulated into “progress” but I have never been led this way. You put all my previous
so-called coaches to shame. You never allowed us to feel judged or like we were not on the right track.
And when we fell, you’d be right there with us. You’d make us look back and ask all the right questions.

I feel like my biggest accomplishment would be the ability to take back over my diabetes. For the longest time, I just pretty much “ignored” the fact that I have this disease. Now I have the support, knowledge, and confidence to really take control over my life again!

Quick follow up: had a 29 week appointment for baby - all checked out great and did some bloodwork - A1C was the best yet @ 5.6…. best A1C EVER for me DURING pregnancy!! The last one was in April at 7.4, and in June 2019 it was 13.1 after my initial diagnosis. What a shift in a short 15 months! Wanted to thank you again for guiding me along the way

Before I was trapped on a cycle of ups and downs and unsure of why and how to get out of that cycle now I am so stable throughout the day, I can pin point errors and make action plans to try and stop them from happening again. I am now exercising And eating 3 meals a day and have more energy and sleep better. Overall I am much happier as so much pressure has been lifted from me

After the program I am better able to make adjustments and knowing what might affect my insulin sensitivity!

I’m now working on the Covid-unit some days and I feel like it would’ve been a train wreck of lows and highs before ‘Keeping it 100’. I feel like I don’t have to micromanage myself cause I’m confident in my dosing and how food/activity effects my sugars. Thank you so much for giving me the tools to help get through this

Before I was fearful of foods and didn’t have a great relationship with foods. I used to only allow a sweet treat once a week and now I allow it any time I want it so that I don’t crave it all the time and restrict my food intake. I didn’t know I needed this program for so much more than just a lower A1C. I learned the tools to actually lower my A1C and see results. I loved having the duo team of both Lissie and Jessica. Both aspects and their backgrounds brought so much knowledge to this program. It’s great for anyone who looking for and sort of support and for accountability. I’m impressed with this program and what it did for me!

Keeping it 100 helped me consistently pay attention and reflect on my management. Even after the program my A1C has come down to a 5.8!

The biggest takeaway was my confidence. Just because now I can go into each week’s thing and like confidently be like okay, I know how to attack this in my own way. Literally week by week I now know, okay, when I go to the gym, I know how to attack this. Or when I eat this sweet cake or this other thing, I know how to attack this, but also just like in general having that confidence

Keeping It 100’ helped transform my mindset and attitude from being completely burnt out to exuding enthusiasm, confidence, and self-compassion. I was able to switch my mindset from receiving my BG as negative feedback to seeing it as me receiving help to be better - that my diabetes loves me too and wants to be taken care of.

Learning how to work with the foods I plan on eating. Specifically how to pre-bolus for a meal to avoid a spike. It took me a long time to accept that it’s okay to not always eat perfectly. So letting go of the all or nothing mindset has also been a huge plus. We don’t get a support team like this when diagnosed- this needs to be a program that doctors recommend!
